Here is the finished apple pie filling. It smells amazing.
Core and slice apples and place in water as you go.
This makes about 7 quarts of apple pie filling.
6 quarts of sliced apples
5 cups of sugar
1 1/2 cups clear-gel
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 1/2 cups water
5 cups apple juice
3/4 cup lemon juice
I toss it all into a pot until it boils, I load up the jars and bwb for 25 minutes. Here is a good link to some good photos and how to's.

Yay! I have been wondering if "clear gel" is GF. Looks like it is if you are using it!
Yes, it's gluten free, but sadly not corn free.
