This is hand made, it was made by the Grandfather of the guy we are getting it from.
Now when I update my garden photos you will see why this little baby will come in handy around here.

Yep, its a beast. Are you having to rotate trays to get everything done evenly?
I LOVE large dehydrators! Mine holds 30 trays. Sometimes still, it is not enough!
Is there a possibility of plans being put up on how to do it?? Just curious as I'd bet there's others who would like to have one as well.
