COTM: Double Chocolate Cupcakes Gluten Free

First we shall do a lesson in baking powder

Double Chocolate Cupcakes Allergy Free

2 Cups Gluten Free Mix (I use Bob's All Purpose)
1/4 Cup Baking Cocoa
1/2 Cup Agave
2/3 Cup Almond Milk (I used Rice)
1 Cup Pumpkin
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
Chocolate Chips

Basically I dumped everything in the bowl and mixed, this made about 12 cupcakes. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. I did fill the tins 3/4ths full. Enjoy.

the recipe doesn't say how much baking powder to use. How much did you use?
