So I somehow got roped into making Gluten Free Apple Pies for the school feast. I don't know how this happened, just started talking and walked away with me making pies. I used Cybele's Recipe out of her Book I used my Apple Pie Filling from my Recipe page and there you go. Two awesome looking Gluten Free Pies.
Who know Gluten Free could look so good? Let's just hope they taste just as good?

Did the kids give your pies any reviews?
Ethan gave it raving reviews, but he is the only child that will eat pie. These pies also got raving reviews at the school event I took them too.
